Member of the “Mergers & Acquisitions Groups” and “Capital Markets” of Carey, the largest law firm in Chile. His practice consists of advising national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions of companies, private equity and venture capital. The foregoing is complemented by extensive practice in partnership agreements or joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate governance in general. In the field of capital markets, it advises issuers, investors and intermediaries, with a special focus on the formation, structuring, registration and administration of investment funds.

He is a lawyer of the University of Chile (graduated with maximum distinction) and a Master from Georgetown University (2002) in Financial Regulation and Values. Co-author of books and papers, and regular panelist in seminars and legal conferences in Chile and abroad.
